1. SUMMARY
Jotbasket does not collect, store on any server, share or sell your personal information. Everything you create in the app stays on your phone.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect no information. The app has no accounts, no sign-in and no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting tools.

3. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The app saves your shopping lists, items, the items you add most often, and your settings (language, theme, handwriting size and similar choices) in storage on your own device. This data is never sent to the developer or to any third party by the app.

4. INTERNET AND PERMISSIONS
Jotbasket has no internet access and requests no Android permissions. It cannot send data over a network.

5. SHARING
The app only shares a list when you choose "Share as text". It then hands the text to the app you select through Android's standard share sheet. What happens to the text after that is governed by the privacy policy of the app you choose.

6. BACKUPS
Your device may back up app data (for example, to your Google account) under your Android and Google backup settings. This is handled by Android, not by Jotbasket, and the developer has no access to those backups. You can disable backups in your device settings.

7. DELETING YOUR DATA
You can delete your data at any time in Settings by choosing "Reset all data", or by uninstalling the app.

8. THIRD-PARTY CODE AND FONTS
The app bundles open-source fonts (Kalam, Aref Ruqaa and Nunito) licensed under the SIL Open Font License. They are stored inside the app and do not connect to any service.

9. CHILDREN
Jotbasket does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

10. CHANGES
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published with a new effective date.
